The movement of tectonic plates, eruptions of volcanoes, drifting of sand, spikes that split layers of soil, wrinkles which created spectacular landscapes – all of which can be seen in the geology of Israel. In these tours we will relate to the elapsed geological periods in the land of Israel, wander among intricate phenomena which, thanks to a glance at the ground, give us an understanding of the development of mechanisms through which nature formed the Earth. The tours will include “Crater Land" in the Negev, the Golan Heights and the Eilat Mountains.
